My new fave snack. Easy as 1-2-3:
(1) Multigrain bread. I love whole grain marathon bread, lightly toasted; but that's your call.
(2) Red pepper hummus (4-pepper is the shiznit).
(3) Top with baby spinach.
I'd say "wine is optional;" but really ... should wine ever be optional?
Yum! This sounds like a much better choice than my regular crackers and peanut butter in the office :) but I'm not sure if I can keep humus and fresh bread in my desk...
