Last year the Senate decided that the Texas spring forecast will be determined by Texans at the West Pole on February 2 of each year.

The Lone Star Meteorological Society found “Bee Cave Bob," an area armadillo, has been right in his prediction 98.6 percent of the time.

So I guess all that's left to do is decide what wine to serve on Armadillo Day.
