On Monday I had the sincere palatable pleasure of dining at Emeril's NOLA restaurant in New Orleans (with pre-dinner cocktails at Arnaud's). At first I was a little dubious, thinking it would be overly commercialized ... but I was wrong. Food, drinks, and atmosphere were all amazing. I'd return in a heartbeat. Dinner at NOLA was the perfect way to cap a long weekend in The Big Easy.
