Yesterday's weather was gorgeous, with an almost cloudless sky and an ever-present breeze--the perfect backdrop for a morning spent at the Farm Patch Market in Bryan, TX and an afternoon filled with springime planting back at home (my sunburned shoulders & face are another story ....).
I love the Farm Patch--from their local honeys, salsas, and dressings, to the amazingly beautiful pots of herbs, flowers, and shrubs. And of course I left with bags filled to the top with tasty organic fruits and veggies from our Texas farmers. Just walking up and down it's aisles is a treat in itself.

I am so jealous! That place looks fabulous. I love the Farmer's Market and could spend an entire day shopping for all kinds of goodies. The Texas grapefruit looks delish as do all the vegetables. Beautiful flowers, too.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could start my planting. It's one of my favorite things to do. So worth a sunburn! :)
