salads & berries

The berries in the stores and markets right now are gorgeous, but it's too hot to fire up the oven or hover over the stove. Eating Well magazine has provided the perfect solution: berry-inspired salads. I'm going to give these two a test-drive tonight:

Raspberry, Avocado, & Mango Salad

Chicken & Blueberry Pasta Salad

Maybe some Strawberry-Raspberry Sundaes for dessert?
