greek foodology

Here's the aforementioned Greek feast we made last night. Tip of the hat to Ina Garten for the menu:

dicing onion/scallions for the spanikopita filling

lamb for the kababs marinating in the yogurt mixture:
grated cucumber for the tzatziki:
spanakopita filling:
preparing the phyllo dough for the spanakopitas:spanakopitas, out of the oven!

Greek salad:
marinated lamb kababs:dinner is served ...
and of course, a glass of chilled wine:
